Onehum ReviewMulti-instrumentalist Richard Tillinghast teamed with his friend Jason Russ on percussion on this CD. It is hardly a surprise that the song-writing is so interesting. Richard's father is a poet who taught at Clemson and his uncle is a much acclaimed and published poet as well. I have shared this recording with many of my baby boomer friends and they all love it but was surpised that my twenty something daughter and her younger sisters also were captivated by the recording. Richard's music is fresh and contemporary but has a feel of traditional Carolina mountain music. Whether on guitar, slide guitar or his 1924 Matin tenor banjo the sounds he gets out of the instruments is just a delight.Onehum Overview
